Knee Decompression
Struggling with chronic knee pain, stiffness or post-surgical recovery?
Knee decompression therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment designed to reduce pressure in the knee joint, support tissue healing, and help you move more comfortably.

How Knee Decompression Can Help:
Many patients have found relief from:
-
Knee arthritis and joint pain
-
Post-surgical stiffness and discomfort
-
Limited mobility and range of motion
-
Swelling and inflammation
By gently separating the joint surfaces, knee decompression promotes fluid exchange and helps create space for the body’s natural healing processes.
This therapy is ideal for patients looking for alternatives to medications or more invasive procedures.

What to Expect
Your knee decompression session is tailored to your needs. We'll set you up on the decompression chair while you sit back and relax. The chair will gently stretch your knee, creating space within the joint, improving circulation and reducing discomfort. Your experience is personalized to you, not a one-size-fits-all which ensures that you will not experience any pain.

Sessions last 8-15 minutes per knee. You and may be combined with other supportive therapies, such as chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, or PEMF therapy.
