Knee Decompression

Do you experience ongoing pain in your knees?

Are you looking for a non-surgical treatment option? Or maybe you already had a knee replacement but are still experiencing pain?

Knee decompression can help provide long-lasting relief and promote long-term healing for your knees. Many patients find themselves at a loss of what to do as they’ve tried physical therapy and are not a good candidate for a knee replacement. However, knee decompression has seen peoples’ lives turn around and allow them to achieve healing and do things they thought they could never do again.

How Does It Work?

Knee decompression works by stretching your knee to allow for the nutrient-rich fluid in your knee to circulate properly while carefully stretching the tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissue around the joint. This simultaneously promotes pain relief while healing the tissue and increases the proper motion of the joint.

What Can Knee Decompression Help With?

Knee decompression has helped patients in the following situations:

  • Chronic knee pain (either before or after a knee replacement)

  • Torn ACl

  • Torn meniscus

  • Arthritis

  • Knee joint degeneration

  • And much more!

What Does a Treatment Look Like?

You will sit down in a chair and have your knee propped up on our Knee on Trac© system at a comfortable angle. When started, you will feel some gentle stretching as the system works to stretch your knee.

Each session takes about 5-8 minutes. Although patients generally start to feel relief in the first few sessions, depending on your situation, we recommend doing multiple sessions to promote long-term healing and pain relief.
